If you want to buy or sell a home in the Iowa City area , you need to give Denise a try . We bought our home from her and she was great to work with . We were from out of town and she had lots of homes lined up to look at that were in our price range. When we wanted to sell our home we thought ( the big companies are better) So we listed with one of them and did not feel like our agent cared much or tried much to sell the house.
