It’s a Hot Market for Sellers in Coralville

Are you on the fence about listing your home for sale in Coralville? Wondering if everything you hear or see in the Media about the great real estate market is true? It’s Official. Yes, it’s a great market for sellers. The best I’ve seen in 15+ years! I read somewhere today that in some markets they’re seeing dozens of offers on one single property. I’m not sure it’s quite that crazy in the Coralville / Iowa City market. On the other hand, I did show a home on the east side of Iowa City to a buyer on Friday that had two offers by early afternoon. (It wasn’t a good fit for my buyer client, but there’s a good chance it had a few more offers by the end of the day).

In Coralville it’s about the same. Many homes get offers the same day or at least within a couple of days. We listed the home below at 8 Kelsey Ct, Coralville at the beginning of last week.
