Arlington Ridge – Beautiful Pond Views and Walking Trails
The Arlington Ridge Subdivision is another very popular neighborhood in North Liberty. What sets it apart is the wonderful setting with ponds, beautiful landscaping and private walking trails. Located off Dubuque St the location has a nice rural feel and yet is close to everything – Including the new Liberty High School, a quick and easy 1.7 miles away!
Hwy 965 is very close by with easy access to shopping, restaurants and other amenities you need on a daily basis. The commute to Coralville via Front St and the 12th Ave Extension is a real easy commute. Located east of Hwy 965 the Arlington Ridge Neighborhood is a little further away from the Interstate than homes on the west side of North Liberty.

Additionally, as is the case with all the newer subdivisions, there are Covenants that put certain restrictions on the use of the property. This may include what kind of fencing is allowed, among other things. It makes sense that if you do decide to buy a house in North Liberty that you first check to see if there are covenants and whether there’s anything in them that might affect your decision to buy. (An example would be raising chickens. A past client wanted to do that and it wasn’t possible in the Arlington Ridge Subdivision. That may have changed in the meantime, but it would definitely be something you’d need to check).
